~Thursday night - work - served 800 people from Deutsche Bank before a Bon Jovi concert, yep I was standing on the side of the stage for about 5 songs. Pretty hott.
~Friday - off all day! Lunch in Hyde Park with Karly, then met up with Glenn & Rob from Northeastern! Yay! They're traveling for 5 weeks and just started (with Ross too but he was too hungover from the night before to come out, dang).. so we found ourselves a fun lil place in Piccadilly Circus that made me feel like I was back in Acapulco and gave us free lolly pops ("lollies") upon entrance.. Pics to come, had a really really fun time.
~Today - Sunned on the lawn at the Duke of Wellington's house. I am completely 100% serious. Was really not looking forward to work today since I got home when the birds were chirping and the sun was rising last nite and had plans to work from noon til 11pm. Turned out to be one of the easiest shifts I've had. We were bussed from London to the Duke of Wellington's ginormous house where we did absolutely nothing but lay around on the grass, eat lunch, lay around on the grass some more, watch the cows off in the distance, eat dinner, and then start working at 6:00 - served dinner and such to a black tie crowd for a charity event and some dudes were wearing the formal Scottish kilt get-up - and finished at 11:00. We were bussed back to London and then taxis brought us home! Amazing.
~Next week - Steph Musso and fam arrive!!!!!!!
~Hilarious - I'm not a waitress but I play one on TV... That's right, I'm gonna be waitressing 3 days next week at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant "Deep" during the filming of a new show he has here called "The F-Word." You may know him from "Hell's Kitchen" Yep, that's right, I'm a TV star now. I can't believe this job! Too bad I don't actually own a TV, riiight.
